Co-founder & CEO

Jerome began his career helping design the Central Area outreach response for the City of Seattle’s Seattle Youth Violence Prevention Initiative in partnership with the Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle. His work later included youth advocacy and public-policy training with World Vision; community-project leadership for Grammy Award-winning artist Macklemore; Recording Academy membership; and executive leadership of The Residency. A certified peer specialist and trainer, Jerome was recognized by the Seattle Kraken and One Roof Foundation as a 2022 Hero of the Deep.

Through SILENTWRKS, Jerome helps organizations bring ideas to life through strategy, organizational development, wellbeing, and community-centered implementation.

Rokea Jones

Rokea Jones, MPA, IMHS®

Co-founder

Rokea is a maternal-health specialist, public-service leader, and Puget Sound Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree. She holds a Master of Public Administration and brings more than 16 years of experience supporting families through maternal health, early learning, community advocacy, and systems change. She is founder of BLK Mamas Collective and Seattle Black Maternal Health Week, and offers workshops in birth equity, birth justice, family wellbeing, and organizational development.
