The Healing Hxouse

About Us

The Healing Hxouse creates places, programs, and pathways where recovery, restoration, family healing, and community transformation can take root.

Why We Exist

Healing needs somewhere to live.

Recovery is about more than stopping the use of drugs or alcohol. It is about restoring dignity, rebuilding trust, reconnecting with family, developing stability, and creating a foundation for a different future.

The Healing Hxouse is grounded in lived experience, cultural understanding, accountability, community care, and the belief that people deserve a safe place to breathe, reset, and rebuild.

Our First Recovery Home

Our Fathers

Our Fathers is The Healing Hxouse’s first recovery home: a dedicated men’s recovery residence created specifically for fathers in recovery. Located in Tacoma’s historic Hilltop neighborhood, it provides structured, substance-free housing, accountability, peer support, recovery resources, and space for fathers to rebuild their lives and relationships.

When a father enters recovery, the possibility of healing reaches his children, family, and community.

The Vision
